Our mission is to empower BIPOC youth by breaking down the barriers that limit their access to quality education and resources, particularly in the arts, trades, and workforce development. We are dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community through arts education, skilled trades training, S.T.E.A.M. initiatives, and entrepreneurship. By guiding them towards success, we aim to promote equity and inclusion, ensuring that BIPOC youth are equipped to thrive in the workforce and beyond.

We offer an array of introductory programs designed to prepare students for the next phase of their lives, under our initiative of "Becoming a Model Leader".
