B2B collaboration in Raw Talent Performing Arts combines multidisciplinary arts and STEAM education, fostering creativity and technical skills through career and technical education, workforce and economic development. Partnerships involve curriculum development, talent scouting, and resource sharing, staffing and more. This synergy equips students with versatile skills, preparing them for diverse careers while nurturing artistic talent.

We teamed up with AAYD for an 8-week cohort program, educating high school students in entrepreneurship. Our students developed practical business scenarios, establishing their own ventures to showcase their unique skills and personalities. They also engaged in a Shark Tank-style pitch competition, refining their pitching abilities and unlocking real-world business prospects.
